Role Overview

 We are looking for a senior IT sales person with several years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial and automotive markets. We are looking for a professional salesperson who is experienced in the full sales cycle, from business development, channel management, opportunity pursuit, sales acceleration, reporting and analysis of sales funnel, market development. Candidate will work with company CEO and sales team in opportunity development and sales efforts. Regional scope will incorporate Spain, Portugal, France, possibly extending beyond as needed. Candidate will apply the company sales practices in order to meet strategic organizational principles by opening new business opportunities in industrial customers, mainly in the automotive market.

Characteristics:

  • Ability to communicate at senior level (managerial to C-suite) with customers
  • Ability to learn and understand customer needs and challenges
  • Creation of proposals for pilots and sales according to opportunity and customer needs
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with senior members of the customer organization and their purchasing departments
  • Coordinate sales activity with other company departments
  • Manage key accounts
  • Analyze market information to optimize decision making
  • Report formally on all commercial activity
  • Achieve sales goals.

Language requirements

Native or high level Spanish and English. Conversational level on other languages such as French or German highly valued.

Location

Flexible. Preferably Valladolid or Castilla y León.
